PMI Solis Properties is a full service property management company. We take pride in being able to handle it all for our owners and we are prepared to walk beside you at whatever stage of vacation rental ownership you find yourself at.

Our services start with a property evaluation, even before you sign a management agreement. Our evaluation will provide suggested property optimization or improvements for a memorable guest experience and, ultimately, an increase in revenue. Our experience has shown us the importance of collaboratively creating inviting spaces that maximize property potential and desirability.

Once under management, we will always: dynamically price and list your property on online travel agencies, market your property, and handle all guest relations. And we mean ALL - we will screen guests, answer guest questions pre-check in, verify guest arrival, since we are local, facilitate all communication during guest stay, request and manage guest reviews, and prepare the property for the next guest.

Full home inspections are performed twice a year and maintenance reports, and our recommendations, are forwarded to you. We schedule and verify ongoing property maintenance, like landscaping or pool services, and have the capacity to manage larger property maintenance projects as they arise. Keeping your property in optimum performance is always our goal! At the end of every month, you will receive a property statement showing the health of your investment along with a monthly deposit, after expenses, into your preferred bank account.
